Refund policy

General Policy:


Once placed, orders cannot be modified.


All dahlia tuber sales are final. At this time we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.


Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you believe an error has occurred, such as receiving an incorrect variety or tuber that is nonviable, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to mauvehill@mauvehillfarm.com Please include your order number, along with clear photos and a brief description of the issue. 


Orders not reported within 48 hours will be considered accepted as delivered. We strive to provide high quality tubers and appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues. We reserve the right to offer refunds or replacements at our discretion.


Mislabeled Tubers:


At Mauve Hill, every plant is individually labeled from the time it is planted to the time it is dug and divided. That being said, mistakes can sometimes happen and we know how frustrating receiving a mislabeled variety can be! In the event of a mislabel, we will gladly send a replacement tuber the next growing season, or provide a refund for the mislabeled tuber.

 

If a plant blooms and you believe it is mislabeled (i.e. does not match the varietal name written on the tuber body), please contact us by sending an email to mauvehill@mauvehillfarm.com with your order number, a photo of the tuber, and a photo of the bloom. This allows us to confirm that a tuber was indeed mislabeled, and that it came from us. This contact does not need to take place within 48 hours of delivery, but does need to be reported to us by December 1st of the year the tuber was delivered.

 

Please also note that growing conditions can affect the appearance of dahlia blooms, and that some variation in appearance is a natural occurrence.


Inability to Fulfill an Order:


Tuber inventory is taken carefully and we strive to fulfill every single order completely, but unfortunately storage failures can happen. 


In the event of a storage failure that prevents us from fulfilling part or all of your order, you will be refunded the purchase price of any unavailable tuber(s) to your original method of payment. Any remaining available items will still be shipped. If none of the tubers in your order are available, the shipping fee will also be refunded to your original method of payment.
